Life Insurance Claims

Building Insurance Claims

Building insurance covers structural damage due to fire, flood, storm, earthquake, subsidence, or accidental impact. Document all damage thoroughly before any repair work begins.

Workmen's Compensation Claims

Under the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923, employers are legally liable to compensate workers for injury, disease, or death arising out of and during the course of employment. Timely intimation is mandatory.
